Silicon Processors, Inc. currently operates two different type of specialty sizing mills. Both of these operations are tailored to micro-sizing, however, through agreements with other local organizations, we can arrange for macro-sizing as well.

Wind-Swept, Air-Classified Hammer Mill
Our two wind-swept, air-classified hammer mills are designed to process specialty minerals. We currently utilize the mills to produce products in the sub 100 micron range, however, they are capable of producing a considerably smaller product if necessary.
Nitrogen Inerted Roll Crusher
This system was designed to crush alloys to a final size of 20 mesh, while generating minimal fines.
The system can be nitrogen inerted, to facilitate the safe processing of flammable and explosive materials.
